I’ve waited so long to find a baseball cap that doesn’t look ridiculous & at last, this is it.I’ve looked at so many photos of people wearing them, but If I see one that looks right they are never identified, shops never seem to stock the right shape & if you order online they never seem to sit quite right.I suspected this one may be the one having found it identified as the one Daniel Craig wears in his final outing as Bond. I then saw someone reviewing it as part of his outfit, so was able to see it being handled & modified an unusual amount so was hopeful enough to order one.(I’m not interested in dressing like Daniel Craig – it’s just the fit.)I have a huge head & I am at a little under 50% of the rear hook & loop’s ability to expand.This is good quality & the price is I’d say is justified. Carhartt seem to have got things right with this, which is sadly so rare in the game of selling branded gear.The faux leather patch removes easily so I don’t look like a Carhartt model.I’ve seen this identified as both Carhartt Men’s Canvas Cap & “Odessa” but having studied model numbers carefully both these terms seem to mean the same item. (For now – why do manufacturers mess with things so often?)So if you want a decent baseball cap this may be the one – looking like 007 on his yacht may also float your boat.
