Was really looking forward to this being released and it hasn’t disappointed. Loads of great new and easy recipes. My only issue is the that the cooking times/temperatures don’t really match – I often find that meats aren’t cooked thoroughly after using the same temp and time (using a Ninja Dual). Found this an issue from the last book too. Aside from this, great purchase.
