In-premises pickups will receive a notification when ready. Do you keep stock of all the items listed on your website? No, we don’t keep stock of all items. But Most are Readily Available How do I reserve stock? Stock will only be sourced and allocated once we have received payment for the order. What is Royal Kings Technologies’ warranty policy? All equipment is sold with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. You can lodge a return via the “Refund / Warranty Request” page here. What is your return policy? We offer returns and refunds as defined in our Refund and Returns Policy. Our standard return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 15 days have gone by since your order was collected or delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept any returns on software & consumables (i.e. toners; cartridges; CDs and DVDs; software; paper; etc.), whether opened or not.
